Farringdon (EC1V) : VoiP Engineer.

OCS Lync Support Engineer - OCS / LYNC / AD. Any Cisco UC / PBX / IP Gateway experience would be  advantageous. You will join an established service centre supporting multiple customers. Must have excellent support experience across Lync, Exchange, Active Directory, Cisco, Avaya, LG, IP, PBX and UC.

Technical Skills Required:

*Support of MS products - OCSL / LYNC
*Knowledge of Exchange & Active Directory
*Working knowledge of any of the following - PBX / Cisco UC / IP Gateway Technologies -Advantageous

West End (W1): Billing & Applications Analyst

* Operational support of the Billing & CRM (Salesforce) systems. Provide maintenance fixes on a schedule to meet defined OLAs and customer SLAs
* Work closely with service managers and corporate account team to implement changes and upgrades where necessary and provide post-implementation support as required.
* Be accountable for deployment of new products and tariffs on integration and production instances of Cerillion Billing System and OCS
* Understand and maintain the interfaces between Billing & CRM to other systems in the enterprise
